Description

A refreshing cucumber salad inspired by California rolls, featuring crisp cucumbers, creamy avocado, and imitation crab with a tangy dressing.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cucumber, sliced
  • 1 cup imitation crab meat, shredded
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1/4 cup carrots, julienned
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions
