Description

A simple yet delicious dish showcasing tender chicken breasts topped with fresh mozzarella, juicy tomatoes, and aromatic basil.


Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 slices of fresh mozzarella cheese
  • 2 large tomatoes, sliced
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • Balsamic glaze
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil


Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
