Ingredients
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Burger buns
- Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato, pickles, and ranch dressing
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, cheddar cheese, ranch seasoning, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into patties, about 4-6 depending on your preferred size.
- Preheat a grill or skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the chicken patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side until cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Serve the burgers on buns with your choice of toppings.
Notes
Chill the formed patties for about 30 minutes before cooking to help them hold their shape. Consider adding olive oil or Greek yogurt to the mix for additional moisture.
