Ingredients
- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons ranch seasoning mix
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Add ranch seasoning mix and breadcrumbs to the bowl.
- Crack the egg into the mixture, then add salt and black pepper.
- Mix all ingredients thoroughly using hands or a spatula until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into four evenly sized patties.
- Preheat your grill or skillet on medium-high heat.
- Cook the patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side, until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F.
- Serve immediately on buns with desired toppings.
Notes
Chill the formed patties for about 30 minutes before cooking for better shape retention. Create a small indent in the center of each patty to prevent puffing.
