Juicy and flavorful Cheddar Ranch Chicken Burgers made with ground chicken and ranch seasoning, topped with your favorite fixings.
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 4 burger buns
Instructions
- Combine ground chicken, shredded cheddar cheese, ranch seasoning, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, and black pepper in a large bowl. Mix until just combined.
- Form the mixture into four equal-sized patties, being careful not to compress them too tightly.
- Preheat a lightly oiled grill or skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the patties for about 5–6 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- If desired, toast the burger buns on the grill or in a toaster.
- Assemble the burgers with optional toppings of your choice.
Notes
Chill the formed patties for about 15 minutes before cooking to help them keep their shape.
