Ingredients

  • 9 ounces cheese tortellini
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the tortellini according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
