Description
A comforting and cheesy pasta bake with chicken and broccoli, perfect for family dinners.
Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked pasta
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 2 cups fresh broccoli, chopped
- 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1 cup cream or milk
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, shredded chicken, chopped broccoli, half of the cheese, cream, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix everything until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Top with the remaining cheese and sprinkle bread crumbs on top if desired.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Remove from the oven and let it sit for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
For a creamier texture, increase the amount of cream or milk. You can also mix different types of cheeses for added flavor.
