Ingredients
- 12 lasagna noodles
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 2 cups Alfredo sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions.
- In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, 1 cup mozzarella cheese, Alfredo sauce, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Spread a thin layer of the chicken mixture on each lasagna noodle and roll tightly, placing seam-side down in a greased baking dish.
- Pour any remaining Alfredo sauce over the top and sprinkle with the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25-30 minutes; then remove foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired before serving.
