Description

A delightful twist on classic lasagna featuring tender chicken, creamy Alfredo sauce, and gooey cheese, rolled up into individual servings.


Ingredients

  • 12 lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, 1 cup mozzarella cheese, Alfredo sauce, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread a thin layer of the chicken mixture on each lasagna noodle and roll tightly, placing seam-side down in a greased baking dish.
  5. Pour any remaining Alfredo sauce over the top and sprinkle with the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
