Ingredients
- 1 cup orzo pasta
- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: garlic powder, onion powder, or your favorite seasonings
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add diced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
- Stir in the orzo, broccoli, chicken broth, and milk.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the orzo is al dente and the mixture is creamy.
