Description

Quick and delicious cheesy chicken garlic wraps perfect for busy weeknights.


Ingredients

  • 2 large chicken breasts, diced
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup creamy garlic sauce
  • Fresh parsley, chopped


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the diced chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and add the seasoned chicken. Cook for 6-8 minutes until golden and fully cooked through.
  3. Remove the chicken from heat and allow to cool slightly.
  4. Lay tortillas on a flat surface and spread creamy garlic sauce over each.
  5. Evenly distribute the cooked chicken and sprinkle shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese on top.
  6. Fold the tortillas over the filling and return them to the non-stick pan.
  7. Grill the wrapped tortillas for 2-3 minutes on each side until the cheese melts and the tortillas are golden and crispy.
  8. Remove from the pan, cut in half, and garnish with freshly chopped parsley if desired.

Notes

Experiment with different seasonings, and allow chicken to rest before cutting for juicier bites. Pair with fresh sides like salad or rice.
