Ingredients
- 8 ounces spaghetti
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (optional for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions. Drain when done.
- In a large bowl, mix together the cooked spaghetti, shredded chicken, and cheddar cheese.
- Add the cream of mushroom soup and milk to the bowl, followed by diced onions and bell peppers. Sprinkle in garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper, then mix thoroughly.
- Pour the combined mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Optionally, top with breadcrumbs for additional crunch.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until the top is golden and bubbly.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes to set before serving.
