A comforting casserole combining shredded chicken, creamy soup, spicy salsa, and crunchy tortilla chips, perfect for family gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) creamy chicken soup
  • 1 cup spicy salsa
  • 1 can (4 oz) diced green chilies
  • 3 cups crunchy tortilla chips
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
  • Sour cream (for serving)
  • Diced tomatoes (for serving)
  • Fresh cilantro (for serving)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, creamy soup, salsa, and green chilies. Mix well.
  3. In a greased 9×13-inch baking dish, layer half of the tortilla chips. Pour half of the chicken mixture over the chips, then sprinkle half of the cheese on top.
  4. Repeat the layering process with the remaining chips, chicken mixture, and cheese.
  5. Bake uncovered for about 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
