Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1 can (10.5 oz) creamy chicken soup
- 1 cup spicy salsa
- 1 can (4 oz) diced green chilies
- 3 cups crunchy tortilla chips
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
- Sour cream (for serving)
- Diced tomatoes (for serving)
- Fresh cilantro (for serving)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, creamy soup, salsa, and green chilies. Mix well.
- In a greased 9×13-inch baking dish, layer half of the tortilla chips. Pour half of the chicken mixture over the chips, then sprinkle half of the cheese on top.
- Repeat the layering process with the remaining chips, chicken mixture, and cheese.
- Bake uncovered for about 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve hot with sour cream, diced tomatoes, and fresh cilantro on top.
