Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded chicken
- 1 can creamy soup (like cream of chicken)
- 1 cup spicy salsa
- 1 can green chilies
- 3 cups crunchy tortilla chips
- Sour cream (for topping)
- Diced tomatoes (for topping)
- Fresh cilantro (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, creamy soup, spicy salsa, and green chilies.
- In a baking dish, layer half of the tortilla chips at the bottom.
- Pour half of the chicken mixture over the chips.
- Repeat layering with the remaining tortilla chips and chicken mixture.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and heated through.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
- Top with sour cream, diced tomatoes, and fresh cilantro as desired. Enjoy!
