Description
Delicious cheesy garlic chicken wraps filled with tender chicken, melty cheese, and a hint of garlic.
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter (softened)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
- 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded)
- 1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
- 4 large warmed flour tortillas
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Mix softened butter, minced garlic, and chopped parsley in a bowl to create garlic butter.
- Generously spread garlic butter onto each warmed tortilla.
- Layer the shredded chicken, cheddar, and mozzarella on top of each tortilla.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
- Fold the tortillas into wraps, tucking in the ends.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook each wrap for 2-3 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
Notes
Let the wraps cool for a minute after cooking to make slicing easier. Serve with ranch dressing for dipping.
