Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter (softened)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded)
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
  • 4 large flour tortillas (warmed)
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)


Instructions

  1. Mix softened butter, minced garlic, and chopped parsley in a bowl to create the garlic butter.
  2. Spread the garlic butter onto each warmed tortilla.
