Description
Comforting cheesy garlic chicken wraps filled with tender shredded chicken, creamy garlic aioli, and melted cheddar cheese, all wrapped in a tortilla.
Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1/2 cup garlic aioli
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 large tortillas
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Spread a generous layer of garlic aioli onto each tortilla.
- Evenly pile on the warmed shredded chicken and sprinkle with shredded cheese.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll tightly from the bottom up.
- Preheat a skillet over medium heat and place the wraps seam-side down.
- Cook each wrap for 3-4 minutes on one side until golden brown, then flip and brown the other side.
- Let the wraps rest for a minute before slicing in half and serving.
Notes
Feel free to customize with additional herbs or spices. Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to three days.
