Ingredients
- 1 pound fresh green beans, trimmed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the green beans for 3-4 minutes until bright green and tender-crisp. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
