Description

A mouthwatering side dish featuring fresh green beans coated in a creamy garlic and cheese mixture, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound fresh green beans, trimmed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the green beans for 3-4 minutes until bright green and tender-crisp. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and season with salt and pepper. Stir in the cooked green beans until evenly coated.
  5. Transfer the mixture into a baking dish and spread it evenly.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden on top.
  7. Serve warm as a delightful side dish.

Notes

For a deeper garlic flavor, consider using roasted garlic instead of fresh. Experiment with cheese blends for varied flavors.
