- Moz zarella cheese, shredded, 1 cup (240 ml) (100 grams)
- Parsley, chopped, 2 tablespoon (30 ml) s (8 grams)
- For the Buttery Cajun Rice:
- Uncooked white rice, 1 cup (240 ml) (185 grams)
- Chicken broth, 2 cup (480 ml) s (480 milliliters)
- Butter, 2 tablespoon (30 ml) s (28 grams)
- Cajun seasoning, 1 tablespoon (15 ml) (8 grams)
- Onion, diced, 1 medium
- Bell pepper, diced, 1 large
- Celery, diced, 1 stalk
- Garlic cloves, minced, 2 cloves
Instructions
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika on both sides.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring it to a gentle simmer.
- Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce is smooth.
- Add shredded mozzarella cheese and stir until melted and combined.
- Return the chicken breasts to the skillet, coating them with the cheesy garlic sauce.
