Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni
- 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cheddar cheese soup
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef and chopped onion over medium heat until the beef is browned. Drain any excess fat.
- Stir in the uncooked macaroni, cheddar cheese soup, milk, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until everything is combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
- Remove the dish from the oven, sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top, and return to the oven for an additional 10 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve hot and enjoy your comforting casserole.
Notes
Use lean ground beef to reduce grease and experiment with different types of cheese for variety.
