Description

Ingredients

  • 3-4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb)
  • 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 8 oz penne pasta
  • 1 packet (1 oz) ranch dressing mix
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add diced chicken breasts, seasoning with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Cook until golden brown and fully cooked, about 6-8 minutes.
