Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb (680 g) s baby potatoes, quartered (or russet potatoes, diced)
- 1 lb (454 g) beef sausage, sliced
- 2 tablespoon (30 ml) s olive oil
- 1 packet (1 oz (28 g)) ranch seasoning mix
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon (3 ml) paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon (3 ml) black pepper
- 1 1/2 cup (360 ml) s shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) chopped parsley (optional , for garnish)
Instructions
- Step 1: Get Everything Ready
- Set your oven to 400°F (200°C) and start heating. Lightly coat a big baking dish or sheet pan with grease.
- In a spacious bowl, combine the potatoes with olive oil, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper, making sure they’re thoroughly mixed and coated.
- Step 2: Arrange the Ingredients
- Place the seasoned potatoes in an even layer in the prepared dish. Lay the sausage slices on top.
- Step 3: Cook in the Oven
- Put the dish in the oven for 35-40 minutes, stirring at the midway point, until the potatoes are tender and have a golden color.
- Step 4: Melt the Cheese
- Take the dish out of the oven and scatter the shredded cheddar cheese over it. Place it back in the oven, cooking for another 5-7 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
