Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb (680 g) s baby potatoes, quartered (or russet potatoes, diced)
  • 1 lb (454 g) beef sausage, sliced
  • 2 tablespoon (30 ml) s olive oil
  • 1 packet (1 oz (28 g)) ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon (3 ml) paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon (3 ml) black pepper
  • 1 1/2 cup (360 ml) s shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) chopped parsley (optional , for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Step 1: Get Everything Ready
  2. Set your oven to 400°F (200°C) and start heating. Lightly coat a big baking dish or sheet pan with grease.
  3. In a spacious bowl, combine the potatoes with olive oil, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper, making sure they’re thoroughly mixed and coated.
  4. Step 2: Arrange the Ingredients
  5. Place the seasoned potatoes in an even layer in the prepared dish. Lay the sausage slices on top.
  6. Step 3: Cook in the Oven
