Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup apple cider vinegar (240 ml)

Instructions
- Cut the chicken breasts into 1-inch pieces.
- Place chicken pieces in a bowl and pour pickle juice over them.
- Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together milk and egg.
- In another bowl, combine flour, powdered sugar, salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper.
- Remove chicken from the pickle juice and pat dry with paper towels.
- Dip each chicken piece into the milk and egg mixture.
- Dredge the chicken pieces in the flour mixture, coating evenly.
