  • – 12 oz (340 g) chicken nuggets or chicken of choice
  • – 8 cups (1.9 L) green leaf lettuce, chopped or greens of choice

  • – 4 slices beef bacon, crumbled
  • – 4 hard-boiled eggs store-bought or see notes for how to hard boil eggs
  • – 1 cup (240 ml) grape tomatoes
  • – 1/2 cup (56 g) thick shredded cheese (I used a blend of mozzarella and cheddar)
  • – Avocado Lime Dressing optional (or you can use store bought or dressing of choice)


Instructions
