  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (100g)
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened (60g)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt (1g)
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground turmeric (1g)
  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika (1g)
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil (14g)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the elbow macaroni according to the package instructions until al dente, then drain.
  3. In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  4. Add the milk and heavy cream to the saucepan, stirring to combine.
