Description

A comforting Chicken Alfredo Gnocchi dish with creamy sauce and tender chicken, perfect for busy weeknights.


Ingredients

  • 1 package gnocchi
  • 1 chicken breast
  • 1 cup Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup cheese (mozzarella or parmesan)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the gnocchi according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced chicken and cook until browned and fully cooked.
  4. Stir in minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
  5. Combine the cooked gnocchi, chicken, and Alfredo sauce in a baking dish.
  6. Mix well and top with cheese.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until bubbly and golden on top.

Notes
