Ingredients
- 1 package gnocchi
- 1 chicken breast
- 1 cup Alfredo sauce
- 1 cup cheese (mozzarella or parmesan)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the gnocchi according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced chicken and cook until browned and fully cooked.
- Stir in minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
- Combine the cooked gnocchi, chicken, and Alfredo sauce in a baking dish.
- Mix well and top with cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, until bubbly and golden on top.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
For added flavor, sauté garlic right after cooking the chicken. Experiment by adding vegetables or swapping the chicken for shrimp.
