Description

A delightful twist on a classic, Chicken Alfredo Monkey Bread combines warm biscuit dough with savory chicken and creamy Alfredo sauce for a fun, interactive dining experience.


Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup Alfredo sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a bundt pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken, Alfredo sauce, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, parsley, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Cut each biscuit into quarters and toss with the chicken mixture to coat evenly.
  4. Layer the coated biscuit pieces into the greased bundt pan evenly.
  5. Bake for about 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
  6. Allow to cool slightly before inverting onto a serving platter and serving warm.
