  • – 5 large bell peppers (750g)
  • – 2 pounds chicken (900g)
  • – 1 cup spinach leaves, washed and chopped (240ml)
  • – 2 cups beef cheese, shredded (200g)
  • – 1 teaspoon (5 ml) ground sage
  • – 1 teaspoon (5 ml) salt
  • – 1 teaspoon (5 ml) ground black pepper
  • – 1/2 cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded (50g)


Instructions

  1. Set your oven to 350°F to preheat.
  2. Clean the peppers and cut them in half lengthwise. Remove the cores, seeds, and membranes.
  3. Cut the chicken into small pieces or thin slices.
  4. In another bowl, combine the chicken with the spices, spinach, and 1 1/2 cups of shredded beef cheese.
  5. Fill the pepper halves with the chicken mixture.
