- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 package (6 oz) stuffing mix
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, frozen mixed vegetables, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix gently to incorporate all the ingredients thoroughly.
- Carefully fold in the stuffing mix until well blended.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the casserole is heated through and the top turns golden brown.
