Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 package stuffing mix
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (optional)

- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- If desired, stir in the mixed vegetables.
- Pour this mixture into a greased baking dish.
- In another bowl, prepare the stuffing mix according to the package instructions.
