Description

A delightful Chicken Avocado Melt Sandwich featuring grilled bread, creamy avocado, and savory shredded chicken, perfect for busy weeknights or lazy weekends.


Ingredients

  • 2 slices of bread
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 ripe avocado, mashed
  • 1/2 cup cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Butter for grilling


Instructions

  1. Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with the mashed avocado, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  3. Spread the chicken-avocado mixture on one slice of bread.
  4. Top with cheese and cover with the second slice of bread.
