Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) Greek yogurt or sour cream

  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 4 medium flour tortillas
  • 2 cup (480 ml) s cooked chicken (chopped or shredded)
  • 1 avocado (peeled, pitted, and sliced)
  • 1 large tomato (sliced)
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese (optional )


Instructions

  1. In a small mixing bowl, stir together the Greek yogurt, ranch dressing, minced cilantro, and season with salt and pepper to your liking.
  2. Lay out the tortillas on a smooth, clean surface. Distribute one-quarter of the chicken, avocado, tomato slices, and optional shredded cheese evenly over each tortilla.
