Ingredients
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) Greek yogurt or sour cream
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) light ranch dressing (bottled or homemade)
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) fresh cilantro or parsley (minced)
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 4 medium flour tortillas
- 2 cup (480 ml) s cooked chicken (chopped or shredded)
- 1 avocado (peeled, pitted, and sliced)
- 1 large tomato (sliced)
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese (optional )
Instructions
- In a small mixing bowl, stir together the Greek yogurt, ranch dressing, minced cilantro, and season with salt and pepper to your liking.
- Lay out the tortillas on a smooth, clean surface. Distribute one-quarter of the chicken, avocado, tomato slices, and optional shredded cheese evenly over each tortilla.
