Ingredients

  • 4 cups Boneless skinless chicken breasts (cooked, cubed or shredded) (960 ml)
  • 8 slices Beef bacon (cooked, chopped)
  • 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 cup Ranch dressing (240 ml)
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese (shredded, divided) (240 g)
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese (shredded, divided) (240 g)
  • 5 cups Broccoli (cut into florets) (750 g)
  • 1 lb Frozen spinach (thawed, squeezed to drain well) (450 g)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken and chopped beef bacon.
  3. Add the minced garlic to the bowl and mix well.
  4. Pour the ranch dressing over the chicken and bacon mixture, stirring until everything is evenly coated.
  5. Incorporate half of the mozzarella cheese and half of the cheddar cheese into the mixture, blending thoroughly.
  6. Stir in the broccoli florets, ensuring they are well distributed throughout the mixture.
  7. Add the thawed and drained spinach, mixing it into the other ingredients until evenly combined.
  8. Transfer the entire mixture into a greased casserole dish, spreading it out evenly.
  9. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese and cheddar cheese over the top of the casserole.
  10. Place the casserole in the preheated oven and bake for approximately 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  11. Once baked, remove the casserole from the oven and allow it to cool slightly before serving.
