Ingredients
- 4 cups Boneless skinless chicken breasts (cooked, cubed or shredded) (960 ml)
- 8 slices Beef bacon (cooked, chopped)
- 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 1 cup Ranch dressing (240 ml)
- 1 cup Mozzarella cheese (shredded, divided) (240 g)
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese (shredded, divided) (240 g)
- 5 cups Broccoli (cut into florets) (750 g)
- 1 lb Frozen spinach (thawed, squeezed to drain well) (450 g)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken and chopped beef bacon.
- Add the minced garlic to the bowl and mix well.
- Pour the ranch dressing over the chicken and bacon mixture, stirring until everything is evenly coated.
- Incorporate half of the mozzarella cheese and half of the cheddar cheese into the mixture, blending thoroughly.
- Stir in the broccoli florets, ensuring they are well distributed throughout the mixture.
- Add the thawed and drained spinach, mixing it into the other ingredients until evenly combined.
- Transfer the entire mixture into a greased casserole dish, spreading it out evenly.
- Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese and cheddar cheese over the top of the casserole.
- Place the casserole in the preheated oven and bake for approximately 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Once baked, remove the casserole from the oven and allow it to cool slightly before serving.
