Ingredients

- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast, thinly sliced
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro (optional)
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced chicken breast to the skillet and season with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cook the chicken for about 5-7 minutes, ensuring it turns golden brown and is cooked through.
- Stir in the sliced bell peppers and sauté for an additional 3-4 minutes until tender.
- Meanwhile, warm the flour tortillas until they are soft and pliable.
- Layer each tortilla with cooked rice, the chicken mixture, bell peppers, ranch dressing, and shredded cheddar cheese.
- Roll up the burritos tightly, folding in the sides as you go.
- Optionally, toast the burritos seam-side down in a skillet for a crispy finish.
- If desired, garnish with chopped cilantro before serving.
