Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts
- 200g cream cheese
- 50g grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper and cook until golden brown on both sides, about 7-8 minutes per side.
- Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute.
- Lower the heat and add cream cheese and Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and well combined.
- Return the chicken to the skillet, coating it with the sauce.
- Simmer for an additional 3-5 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
