Description

A comforting chicken dish featuring chicken breasts smothered in a creamy cream cheese and Parmesan sauce, perfect for any weeknight dinner.


Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 200g cream cheese
  • 50g grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper and cook until golden brown on both sides, about 7-8 minutes per side.
  3. Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute.
  5. Lower the heat and add cream cheese and Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and well combined.
  6. Return the chicken to the skillet, coating it with the sauce.
  7. Simmer for an additional 3-5 minutes.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
