Ingredients
- 2 organic chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon sage
- 1 teaspoon rosemary
- 1 teaspoon thyme
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and herbs to create a marinade.
- Coat the chicken breasts with the marinade and let soak for at least 30 minutes.
- Arrange the marinated chicken breasts in a baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Let the chicken rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
