Description

A hearty Chicken and Broccoli Pasta Bake that’s satisfying, delicious, and easy to prepare, making it perfect for weeknight dinners or gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 12 oz penne pasta
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, broccoli, shredded chicken, cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, half of the cheddar cheese, salt, pepper, and paprika. Mix well.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
  5. Top with the remaining cheddar cheese and Parmesan cheese.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  7. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

For extra texture, consider adding breadcrumbs on top before baking. This crunchy topping gives a pleasant contrast to the creamy base.
