Instructions
- If using chicken breasts, pound them to an even thickness. If using ground chicken, mix it with garlic and onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Form the chicken mixture into round patties of uniform size.

- Cook the patties for approximately 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
