Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, egg, mustard, herbs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until all ingredients are evenly distributed, avoiding overmixing.
- Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape into patties.
- Preheat the grill or skillet on medium-high heat and lightly oil the surface.
- Cook the patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F.
