Description

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces egg noodles
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 chicken breasts, cooked and diced
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Parmesan cheese, for serving
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish


Instructions

  1. Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  3. Add the diced chicken and sauté until heated through.
  4. Stir in the sliced mushrooms and minced garlic, cooking until mushrooms are tender.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream, stirring until well combined and heated through.
