  • – 1 tablespoon honey (15ml)
  • – 1 teaspoon (5 ml) corn starch
  • – 2 cloves garlic (finely minced)
  • – 1 teaspoon (5 ml) salt
  • – 1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) black pepper
  • – 2 cups cherry tomatoes (10.5 oz / 300g)
  • – 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (or 4 slices fresh) (3.5 oz / 100g)

Instructions
