Description
A quick and flavorful dish combining chicken, chow mein noodles, and colorful mixed vegetables.
Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
- 8 oz chow mein noodles
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, broccoli)
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Green onions, for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the chow mein noodles according to the package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large pan, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add sliced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
- Add minced garlic and mixed vegetables to the pan, stir-frying for about 5 minutes until vegetables are tender.
- In a small bowl, mix soy sauce and oyster sauce; pour over chicken and vegetables.
- Add cooked noodles to the pan, toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with sliced green onions.
Notes
Prep all ingredients beforehand for a smoother cooking process. Avoid overcrowding the pan when cooking chicken for better searing.
