Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless chicken thighs
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Pita bread, for serving
- Cucumber, diced
- Tomatoes, diced
- Red onion, thinly sliced
- Tzatziki sauce, for serving
- Lettuce, for an extra crunch
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken in olive oil, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper for at least 30 minutes.
- Grill or sauté the chicken until fully cooked, then slice.
- Prepare the tzatziki sauce by mixing yogurt, grated cucumber, garlic, lemon juice, and dill.
- Arrange the chicken, veggies, and tzatziki in bowls.
- Serve with warm pita bread.
