Description

A flavorful and comforting dish featuring marinated grilled chicken, fresh veggies, and creamy tzatziki sauce served in pita bread.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless chicken thighs
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Pita bread, for serving
  • Cucumber, diced
  • Tomatoes, diced
  • Red onion, thinly sliced
  • Tzatziki sauce, for serving
  • Lettuce, for an extra crunch


Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken in olive oil, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Grill or sauté the chicken until fully cooked, then slice.
  3. Prepare the tzatziki sauce by mixing yogurt, grated cucumber, garlic, lemon juice, and dill.
  4. Arrange the chicken, veggies, and tzatziki in bowls.
