Ingredients
- 3-4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 8 ounces Lo Mein noodles (fresh or dried)
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 2 carrots, thinly sliced
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 3 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
Instructions
- Prepare all ingredients: chop the bell peppers, slice the carrots, and cook Lo Mein noodles according to package instructions until al dente.
