Ingredients
- 2 cups egg noodles
- 2 cups cooked chicken, diced
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook egg noodles according to package instructions and drain.
- In a large bowl, combine noodles, chicken, mixed vegetables, cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the casserole is bubbly and the cheese is melted.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
For added flavor, use leftover roasted or rotisserie chicken. Consider adding fresh herbs or spices to elevate the dish.
