  • 1 focaccia bread, quartered
  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) prepared basil pesto
  • 1 cup (240 ml) diced cooked beef
  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) diced green bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) diced red onion
  • 1 cup (120 g) shredded cheese (such as cheddar or mozzarella)


Instructions

  1. Warm up a panini press.
  2. Horizontally cut each section of focaccia into two slices. Coat each slice with basil pesto.
