- 1 focaccia bread, quartered
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) prepared basil pesto
- 1 cup (240 ml) diced cooked beef
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) diced green bell pepper
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) diced red onion
- 1 cup (120 g) shredded cheese (such as cheddar or mozzarella)
Instructions
- Warm up a panini press.
- Horizontally cut each section of focaccia into two slices. Coat each slice with basil pesto.
- On the bottom slices, arrange the beef, green bell pepper, red onion, and cheese evenly. Cover with the top slices of focaccia to create 4 sandwiches.
- Cook the paninis in the heated press for 5 minutes, or until the focaccia is crisp and the cheese has melted.
