Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup provolone cheese (or cheese of choice)

  4. Add sliced bell pepper and onion to the same skillet; sauté until soft.
  5. Mix in sliced chicken back to the skillet.
  6. Place a portion of the chicken and vegetable mix on each hoagie roll and top with provolone cheese.
