Description

A comforting and easy recipe featuring shredded chicken enveloped in flaky crescent roll dough, perfect for busy weeknight dinners.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 package refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, sour cream, green onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well blended.
  3. Unroll the crescent roll dough on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Cut each triangle into half and place a spoonful of the chicken mixture at the wide end of each triangle.
  5. Roll the dough over the filling and seal the edges.
  6. Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with paprika.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
