Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts, cooked and sliced
- 1 cup cabbage, shredded
- 1/2 cup carrots, shredded
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup buttermilk
- 2 tablespoons ranch seasoning mix
- 1 tablespoon fresh herbs, chopped (like parsley and dill)
- 4 pita bread rounds
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, buttermilk, ranch seasoning, and fresh herbs to make the ranch slaw dressing.
- Add shredded cabbage and carrots to the dressing, tossing to combine. Season with salt and pepper.
- Take a pita bread round and place sliced chicken and a generous amount of ranch slaw inside.
- Fold the pita in half and serve immediately.
