Ingredients
- 2 cups (480 ml) beef, cooked/shredded
- 1 can (10.5 oz / 298 g) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup (240 ml) plain yogurt
- 1 cup (120 g) cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 1/2 cups (225 g) mixed frozen vegetables
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) sea salt
- 2 cans refrigerated biscuit dough (170 g each)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix together the beef, cream of mushroom soup, plain yogurt, cheddar cheese, mixed vegetables, onion powder, and sea salt.
- Divide each biscuit into quarters and incorporate the pieces into the beef mixture.
- Lightly coat a 9 x 13 baking dish with cooking spray and distribute the beef and biscuit mixture evenly.
- Place the dish in an oven preheated to 375°F (190°C) and bake for around 35 to 45 minutes, or until fully cooked. *Cooking time may vary based on your oven.
