Ingredients
- 1 pound chicken breast, sliced
- 2 packs ramen noodles
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup carrots, sliced
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- Green onions, for garnish
- Sesame seeds, for garnish
Instructions
- Prep ingredients: slice chicken and chop vegetables.
- Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions, then drain.
- Heat sesame oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and ginger, sauté for about a minute.
- Add chicken slices, cooking until browned (5-7 minutes).
